The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has rescheduled its meeting with the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu. Originally slated for today (Monday), the meeting has been postponed and is now set to take place on Friday. This decision was announced by Sam Olumekun, the National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee. The purpose of the meeting was to convene with Ribadu and other top security officials at the NSA office, with the agenda focusing on the escalating security concerns in Bayelsa, Kogi, and Imo states in preparation for the upcoming governorship election.
